I am a freelancer offering language, translation and communications services. I have a master’s degree (Master of Arts) in English translation and interpretation studies. I graduated from Tampere University in Finland in 2006. In addition to translation and communications studies in English and Finnish, I studied intercultural communication, North American studies and Spanish philology. I have worked in my field since those days, and I have gained a lot of experience in various kinds of language work in different fields.

As a person, I am curious and easily inspired, I want to find out about things and I have a fine sense of humor. I take my work seriously but I don’t take myself too seriously. On my time off, I am passionate about travelling. I feel right at home whether sitting by a fire on a Finnish lake, going on a safari in Serengeti or having tempura in Tokyo.
